At Chorley Nissan Group our commitment doesn’t stop when you’ve bought your new Nissan. 

We provide a full range of support services, from MOT and Servicing to new accessories and parts. 

Everything you need to keep you on the road. Plus, whenever you visit us, your car will only be worked on by Nissan-trained technicians. They only use genuine Nissan parts, so you can be sure of peace of mind and  quality service.

We can also help you plan for the care and maintenance of your vehicle.

ACCIDENT AND BREAKDOWN

Nissan Roadside Assistance

If you take out Nissan Extended Care, you'll receive Nissan Roadside Assistance, provided by RAC, for the duration of your warranty extension.

Plus you'll receive roadside assistance cover in years 2 and 3 in addition to the complimentary 12 months' cover that comes with every new Nissan.

ROADSIDE

Approximately 80% of all problems are resolved here.

ONWARD TRAVEL

If a repair cannot be carried out on the same day, or your car is undriveable due to an accident, you and up to 7 passengers can continue on your journey.

RECOVERY

If a roadside repair cannot be carried out, or your car is undriveable due to an accident, it will be taken to an authorised Nissan dealer or bodyshop of your choice.

AT HOME

If you have a problem at home and it cannot be repaired, your Nissan will be taken to your nearest Nissan dealer.

*If, during the first year of the Nissan manufacturer warranty, you purchase a 1 year extension you will be provided with an additional 3 years RAC cover and if you purchase a 2 year extension you will be provided with an additional 4 years RAC cover.

Roadside, Recovery and At Home products are provided by RAC Motoring Services (Reg'd No 01424399 Reg'd office 8 Surrey Street, Norwich, NR1 3NG. RAC Motoring Services (in respect of insurance mediation activities only) is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority and within the jurisdiction of the Financial Ombudsman Service and Financial Services Compensation Scheme.

Onward Travel is underwritten by RAC Insurance Limited (Reg'd No 2355834 Reg'd office 8 Surrey Street, Norwich, NR1 3NG). RAC Insurance Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority and within the jurisdiction of the Financial Ombudsman Service and Financial Services Compensation Scheme. 

General Exclusions

  • Public service vehicles including police cars, ambulances, fire service and military vehicles
  • Any vehicle made available for hire or reward
  • Vehicles used in any form of competition
  • Commercial vehicles over 3.5 tonnes
  • Any vehicle used for driving tuition
  • Taxis or mini cabs

Nissan Rapid Service

There are some parts of your car that, because of everyday wear and tear, are going to need replacing sooner or later. When the time comes, you want the job to be done expertly, economically and quickly - Which is why we offer Nissan Rapid Service at many of our Nissan dealerships.

The benefits of bringing your car to Nissan Rapid Service for fast fit parts such as tyres, batteries, exhausts, clutches and shock absorbers include:

SERVICING AND AFTERCARE  

Our Service Plan has been designed to offer you the convenience of paying for your scheduled services through interest-free monthly payments. It can be tailored to meet your specific needs and allows you to spread the cost, just like you would with any other household bill.

We’ll be able to offer an individual quote based on your specific model of car, year of registration and average annual mileage. Plus you can select the length of time you’d like the plan to run, meaning that you can freeze the price of your next few services at today’s rates! You’ll also be able to transfer any credit in your service fund to another vehicle should you decide to change your car during the term of the plan.

What are the benefits?

There are many advantages to taking out our Service Plan. As well as knowing that your car will be serviced by Nissan trained technicians using only Nissan Genuine Parts, you’ll also benefit from:

  • Free wash and vac with every service
  • Free insured courtesy car or collection and delivery service
  • Free vehicle health check with every service
  • 10% discount on parts and accessories
  • Free MOT tests for the life of your plan

What’s included?

Your Service Plan covers the cost of your scheduled Nissan servicing, covering parts and labour. It excludes any normal wear and tear items such as replacement tyres, windscreen wipers, brake pads etc.

How can I pay?

You can spread the cost of your Service Plan with interest-free monthly direct debit payments, for example:

2 service plan over 20 months
3 service plan over 32 months
4 service plan over 44 months

Your personal quotation will demonstrate the monthly payments for your plan - but you can choose to reduce them if you wish by paying a larger deposit up front. You can even opt to pay for your plan in full now using cash or a credit or debit card.
